Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide.
Tracking information is emailed to every customer once their order ships.
Please read product descriptions carefully. Some of our items are “pre-order.” Shipping dates may change in rare instances. Any updates to shipping dates will be posted on the page of the product that you ordered.
In-stock items’ orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. If your order is placed before 2 PM PST Mon-Fri, it will ship out the same day. If your order is placed after 2 PM PST it will ship the following business day. Weekend orders will ship on the next Monday.
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only accepted for in-stock items (must return for same style, different size). Customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipment. Gracious must be notified of potential exchange within 10 days of customer receiving original shipment.
You are responsible for tracking and insuring your return, we are not liable for any lost or damaged returned items in transit.
If the product you have received is damaged or defective, please email us within 10 days of receipt with an image of the faulty item in order to organize a potential return/exchange. In the case that the product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing error on our behalf, we will pay the return shipping costs.
If the address you provide us is incorrect and your package is undeliverable by the mail carrier and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying to have the item redelivered to a new, correct address.We will contact you if this occurs. If you do not contact us back/do not want to pay to have the item redelivered, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping cost and minus a 15% restocking fee.
If the mail carrier loses a package, we will assist you in filing an investigation with them. If the package is considered to be lost after the investigation, we will refund you for the cost of the item(s). If the delivery confirmation or tracking number shows that the product has been delivered, we will not be held liable for a package that is claimed to be lost.
